River Kwai Village Hotel (Jungle Resort) is the first jungle resort in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. We offer you an ideal vacation with tranquillity, beauty of nature, and comfortable accommodations. Only 70 kilometers from the city of Kanchanaburi in the River Kwai Valley, we offer four different styles of air-conditioned accomodations for your preference, Raftel, Mountain Wing, River Wing, and our new wing, Royal Wing.

Package tours, including elephant riding and bamboo rafting, are available, departing daily from Bangkok.

Accommodations are located at different locations, in the midst of jungle, natural waterfall, and tropical garden. Totaling 191 air-conditioned rooms are decorated uniquely with local-style and natural decoration.

Floating Raft Room On Kwai Noi River

A unique accommodation, or "Raftel", floats on the Kwai Noi River across from a panoramic view of white cliffs and tranquil jungle. While the Raftel is floating on the river, it maintains a superior comfort such as air-conditioned, bathroom with shower, television, telephone, and a private balcony.

Mountain Wing Room

Located around the waterfall-pool, by the mountain, the mountain wing room is air-conditioned with a nice decoration of teaks and colored stones on the wall. The Mountain Wing room is equipped with bathroom with shower, television, refrigerator and minibar, and telephone.

A River Wing Room, an contemporary style built of wood and nipa leaves with superb natural surrounding, is equipped with air-conditioned, bathroom with shower, television, refrigerator and mini-bar, telephone, and an extra large private balcony with a great view of Kwai Noi river.

Royal Wing Room

A Royal Wing Room, a luxurious room decorated with all hand-carved teak furniture, has a front view of Kwai Noi river and a back view of a tropical garden. 10:00	Continue to the Elephant Camp, by bamboo rafting along a rushing stream of Kwai Noi river. Arrive the Elephant Camp for an exciting elephant back-riding through a jungle. Picnic lunch box will be provided.

08:30	Kaeng Lava Cave & Sai Yok Waterfall: Depart River Kwai Village Hotel by boat for the unforgettable full-day tour in the River Kwai valley. After a 15 minutes trip upstream, make the first stop to visit the famous Kaeng Lava Cave, well known for its fantastic stone formation.
10:15	Continue to Sai Yok Waterfall, giving you a first-hand impression of the upcountry lifestyles in the countyside of Kanchanaburi.
11:30	Arrive at the waterfall and take a picnic lunch and drinks. The afternoon is at leisure for swimming in the river and the waterfall, walking in the bamboo and teak forests etc.
15:00	Leave the Waterfall for the hotel.

3^rd Day

09:30	Death Railway Tour: Depart the hotel by long-tailed speed boat for down the Kwai Noi River.
11:00	Arrive at Lum Sum and take a short walk to the train station. Take a train ride along part of the "Death Railway" for a memorable journey to Nam-Tok station, the last existing terminal station of the Thailand-Burma railway, also passing over the dangerous looking of wooden viaduct built along the mountain-side.
12:00	Arrive Nam-Tok station in Tha Sao and transfer back to the hotel.
